H. R. (Hank) Miranda - Founder and
President of PCT Systems Inc.
Hank Miranda is a veteran of 35 years in the semiconductor device
fabrication and equipment industry. Mr. Miranda held wafer fabrication
managerial responsibilities at Fairchild Semiconductor, Signetics and G.E.
Intersil. He has been designing wafer fabrication equipment since 1972.
Products based on his designs are operating in semiconductor fabrication
sites worldwide. Mr. Miranda presently holds many various equipment design
and process patents related to the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment
industries.
Sharyl Maraviov - Vice President, Operations and Engineering
Sharyl Maraviov joined PCT in1991. In 2005 she was appointed vice president of operations and engineering. During her tenure at PCT, Sharyl has served in several engineering and management roles, including Product Development Engineer, Product Manager, and Engineering Manager. Prior to her career at PCT she worked as a research chemist in polymer delivery systems and fluorinated adhesives. She holds a BS in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University.
Jesse Fierro - Director, Sales & Marketing
Jesse has over 20 years of semiconductor industry experience including sales
and marketing positions at Semitool, Olin Microelectronic Chemicals and net
Mercury. He has established and managed direct sales, joint ventures and
representative affiliates both domestically and internationally including
the Far East and Europe.
Jesse started his high tech career at National Semiconductor in 1973 working
in one of the original 3” wafer fabs and ultimately earned a position as a
process engineer at the state-of-the-art 8” fab in the Fairchild research
facility where he was responsible for developing wet and dry etch processes.
His current duties include managing all aspects of sales and marketing for
PCT representative affiliates, inside sales, and OEM partnerships as well as
establishing new product opportunities.
